These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and EtherScope Sync concerning your access to and use of our data synchronization platform.

Access to our proprietary sync systems is contingent upon your absolute adherence to these protocols. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our underlying intelligence algorithms are our property. This includes all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics.

Unauthorized extraction, scraping, or mirroring of our sync architecture is strictly prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for professional monitoring and data visibility. Any commercial redistribution of our data intelligence without prior written consent will terminate this license.

Users are expected to maintain the integrity of our synchronization environment. You may not:

• X Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the sync systems.
• X Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use of the Site.
• X Attempt to impersonate another user or use the credentials of another sync participant.

EtherScope Sync provides intelligence on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that our data visibility services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or data loss, arising from your use of the platform.
